AURISInstitute
For Organisations

Support your people through the transitions that matter.

We partner with the NHS, charities, emergency services, employers and the armed forces to support identity, wellbeing and belonging at work.
Why this matters

Identity loss shows up before burnout, turnover and disengagement. Naming it early changes the trajectory.

Why AURIS

We are small, deliberate and research-led. We work alongside your existing wellbeing provision, never on top of it.

Who we partner with

Five sectors. One framework. Many shapes.

NHS

Identity, moral injury and belonging support for frontline teams, with options for cohorts and 1:1 coaching.

Charities

Capability building and shared evaluation for service-facing charities working with veterans and families.

Emergency Services

Wellbeing and identity programmes designed for the realities of operational and post-operational life.

Employers

Veteran-confident hiring, onboarding, retention and inclusive identity-aware management practice.

Armed Forces

Transition and resettlement support for service-leavers and family-inclusive programmes for service families.

Partnership pathway

How an AURIS partnership unfolds.

We move slowly on purpose. Trust, scope and evidence first; scale only when those are real.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

A 30–45 minute conversation to understand the people you serve and what a useful next step might be.

  2. 02

    Shared scoping

We co-write a short scoping note: who is in scope, what good looks like, what we will and will not promise.

  3. 03

    Pilot

A small, well-evaluated pilot — typically 8–16 weeks — with clear outcomes and an honest mid-point review.

  4. 04

    Evaluation & decision

We report openly on what worked and what did not, then decide together whether and how to continue.

Implementation journey

What an engagement looks like in practice.

  1. Weeks 0–2

    Scoping and stakeholder alignment.

  2. Weeks 2–6

    Onboarding cohorts; coaches matched.

  3. Weeks 6–12

    Programme delivery and mid-point review.

  4. Weeks 12+

Evaluation, learning review and next-step decision.

Indicative only — every engagement is shaped to context.

The discovery call

What to expect from your first conversation.

  • 30–45 minutes, by video. No prep required.
  • We listen to the people you serve, what you have already tried and where the friction is.
  • We share, plainly, where AURIS can and cannot help.
  • If it is a fit, we agree a short scoping note. If it is not, we will say so and signpost responsibly.
