Facilitating the AURIS Framework

- Professional
- £30.00
- Course 2 of 6
- About 100 minutes
- Certificate on completion
How to actually facilitate the five AURIS pillars for someone else: the real teaching points, exercises and anchors AURIS already uses in live delivery, adapted for one-to-one practitioner work.
About this course
A five-lesson practitioner course, one lesson per pillar, built directly on AURIS's own Facilitator Guides. Covers the real exercise and anchor for each stage, plus the facilitation skill underneath it: holding the room rather than fixing, asking questions that create space rather than supplying answers, and staying regulated yourself as a precondition for helping someone else.
What you will learn
- Deliver AURIS's real Awareness exercise (Name It to Tame It) and understand why naming reduces its grip
- Shift someone's account of their history from chronology to meaning
- Apply body-before-mind sequencing, including your own regulation as a precondition
- Help someone find "I am" language rather than supplying it yourself
- Guide future-pacing toward stability plans that survive a bad week, not just a good one
Why this matters
Knowing the five pillars is not the same as being able to facilitate them for someone else. This course teaches the real exercises and anchors AURIS already uses in live delivery, and the facilitation skill underneath them. This course is built directly on AURIS's own Facilitator Guides (AURIS-PROG-FAC-073) and Facilitator Training and Onboarding standard (AURIS-PROG-TRN-017), the same teaching points, exercises and anchors already used in AURIS's live six-week programme delivery, adapted here for one-to-one practitioner work. This is AURIS's own real operational material, not external research: a different kind of authentic sourcing than AURIS's interview-based courses, but genuinely AURIS's own.
