Evidence. Research.
Future understanding.
The AURIS Research Library brings together our published papers, parliamentary evidence reviews and ongoing research into identity, occupational transition and human performance.
Every publication distinguishes clearly between published evidence, original conceptual contribution and emerging research.
Our commitment is simple:
Evidence first.
Interpretation second.
Recommendations third.
Identity in Occupational Transition
Evidence, Research and Future Directions for UK Policy
This Parliamentary Evidence Review examines whether identity should be considered as an additional area of investigation within occupational transition, alongside established practical outcomes such as employment, education, housing and healthcare.
It brings together occupational transition research, identity psychology, behavioural science, implementation science and emerging qualitative research.
The report does not claim that identity is already a validated national transition outcome. It makes the case for further research, careful evaluation and evidence-informed policy discussion.

Transparency matters.
Alongside the Parliamentary Evidence Review sits the complete companion evidence volume. It contains the evidence repository summary, claim register, methodology, ethics framework, evidence strength framework, figures, tables and evidence verification matrix that support the main report.
This allows readers to understand not only the conclusions reached, but how those conclusions were developed.
