From Research to Practice: The Pilots and the Four Questions They're Answering
Three live pilot programmes are testing specific, unanswered questions about identity after transition. Here's what we're actually trying to find out.

A pilot is not a proof point, it's a live test of a question we genuinely don't know the answer to yet.
Trafford Veterans CIC, Out in the Bay and Red Rose Recovery are each testing a different edge of the same framework: does our emerging four-stage sequence hold outside the military, does preparing in advance reduce disruption, do internal coping strategies outlast external ones, and is coaching, not therapy, the right model at all.
