Some people want to do this work on their own, at their own pace. Others would rather do it with someone. This page is for the second group.

Everyone listed here has completed AURIS practitioner training and holds current registration. AURIS practitioners are trained coaches, not therapists or counsellors. Coaching does not replace clinical treatment; your practitioner can refer you on but will not treat you.
