Awareness
Noticing what is true, without judgement.
The AURIS Framework gives structure to work that is otherwise hard to describe. It is used in the Identity System Membership, in one-to-one sessions and in organisational programmes.
Noticing what is true, without judgement.
Making sense of the patterns behind the feeling.
Building capacity for hard days, not avoiding them.
Holding a self that is honest and your own.
Acting from a steady, recognisable place.
The pillars are sequential but not linear. Most people move between them, returning to awareness when circumstances change and to regulation when the days get harder.
The framework is descriptive rather than diagnostic. It names what is happening so that people, and the organisations around them, can respond with something better than advice.
The evidence behind the framework is published in our publications.
