We are often asked what a learner journey looks like in AURIS. Rather than write one, we counted them. Every figure below comes from our own learning records.
No personal detail is published here. We do not name learners, quote them or describe anyone's circumstances, and we only publish a pattern when at least 5 people share it, so no figure can point to one person.

Half of the people who finish a course do so within 0 days of starting their first one. This is the midpoint of the recorded gap between a first enrolment and a first completion, not an average, so a single long return does not move it.

What we do not publish
We hold written reflections from learners inside the Academy. They belong to the learner. We do not publish them, quote from them or paraphrase them, and we will only ever publish an individual account where that person has given us permission for that specific use.
The research programme is separate, and reported separately. It stands at 38 coded interviews of a planned 108, and the pattern it is testing is emerging, not proven.
