A combination of written reflection, observed practice and supervision. Assessment is competence-based rather than exam-based.
Certified practitioners may deliver AURIS-informed one-to-one and group work within their own organisation, and will be listed in the practitioner directory once it opens.
Practitioner certification is in development and cohort dates are not yet open. Ongoing supervision and community of practice are described under practitioner development.
