Methodology
Development and internal review of the service provider identity adaptation framework, drawing on the AURIS interview programme and on the published behaviour change literature recorded in the evidence audit.
Limitations
The framework is under internal review and has not been externally reviewed. The pattern of identity, community, purpose and stability is an emerging pattern in the interview data, drawn from 22 of the 108 planned interviews, and is not proven.
