A document audit of national transition policy across six nations, reading each published policy for what it says, and does not say, about identity. Findings are recorded against the policy text itself.
Limitations
Limited to policy documents published in English and available at the time of the audit. It records what policy says, not how policy is delivered in practice or what outcomes it produces.
