State of the Evidence
A draft audit of the AURIS evidence base: what is verified, what is not, and where the gaps sit.

Methodology
Built from a full audit of the Master Evidence Repository conducted 30 August 2026, cross-checked against Drive-wide search, the Master Filing Registry, and the AURIS Global Research Lead Pipeline. Each source is recorded as evidence, what it establishes, and status, using a GREEN, AMBER and RED tiering for verification.
Limitations
This document does not claim the evidence base is complete. Findings from the AURIS interview dataset are emerging, not proof: 32 to 34 of 108 planned interviews are coded, and the denominator must always travel with any claim. Eight located sources have had a search-level description only, not a full primary-text read. One statistic, the claim that veterans are 2.5 times more likely to die by suicide in their first year after leaving service, has been downgraded to RED and must not be cited externally until a primary source is found.
