Pilot Programmes

AURIS pilot programmes test the framework in real-world settings with veterans, emergency-service personnel, NHS staff and partner organisations.

Why pilots matter

Pilot programmes let the AURIS Framework be tested at the right scale: small enough to learn from, large enough to evaluate honestly.

How a pilot is structured

Every pilot follows the same pathway: Discovery, Scoping, Pilot, Evaluation. Outcomes are measured against agreed indicators set at the start, not retrofitted at the end.

  • Discovery — shared problem framing with the partner
  • Scoping — agreed cohort, outcomes and safeguards
  • Pilot — delivery of AURIS-informed support
  • Evaluation — transparent reporting, including null findings
