Pilot programmes let the AURIS Identity System be tested at the right scale: small enough to learn from, large enough to evaluate honestly.
How a pilot is structured
Every pilot follows the same pathway: Discovery, Scoping, Pilot, Evaluation. Outcomes are measured against agreed indicators set at the start, not retrofitted at the end.
