Parliamentary Evidence Review
A consolidated evidence review on identity in occupational transition, prepared for UK policy audiences.
Purpose
The Parliamentary Evidence Review brings together academic literature, practitioner insight and applied research on identity in occupational transition. It is written to inform UK policy and commissioning across veterans' services, NHS, emergency services and adjacent sectors.
Structure
The review follows three principles: evidence first, interpretation second, recommendations third. It is paired with a companion volume of appendices, tables and figures.
