Regulation
Regulation is the set of skills and habits that keep the nervous system, emotions and attention workable under pressure.
Not control — workability
Regulation is not about suppressing emotion or performing calm. It is about keeping the system workable so that thinking, decisions and relationships can continue.
Built, not summoned
Regulation is built through repeated, structured practice — breath, body, attention, language, connection. AURIS treats it as a trainable skill, not a personality trait.
